RUTH BARONE OF GLENMERE CAPITAL PARTNERS TO SERVE AS PANELIST AT HERRICK, FEINSTEIN DISTRESSED DEBT SEMINAR New York, NY, June 11, 2008 – Glenmere Capital Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Ruth Barone will be serving as a panelist at a seminar titled Acquiring And Profiting From Distressed Real Estate Loans, presented by Herrick, Feinstein LLP, Glenmere Capital Partners, LLC and Ackman-Ziff. The seminar will take place on Wednesday June 25, 2008 at Herrick, Feinstein’s New York office located at 2 Park Avenue. Registration and breakfast will open at 7:45 AM and the seminar will begin at 8:30 AM.
Topics to be discussed will include: due diligence concerns for defaulted loan purchases; negotiating the distressed loan purchase agreement; inter-creditor issues; anticipating bankruptcy scenarios; and what happens when the borrower is in bankruptcy.
