Larry Bowman
Senior Advisor
Mr. Bowman, a senior advisor to Glenmere Capital Partners, has over 20 years of experience structuring complex financial transactions. He has structured and executed over $8 billion in fixed income transactions in the last 10 years. Mr. Bowman is an expert in risk management through the development of credit structures tied to historical performance metrics.
Prior to working with Glenmere, Mr. Bowman was in the ABS securitization groups at Fortis Securities and SG Americas Securities, where he worked on a variety of asset classes such as auto loans and leases, equipment leases, timeshare receivables, capital calls, and real estate bridge loans. Before that he held senior positions in the leasing groups at CitiCorp, GE and Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Bowman also worked in the Washington, D.C. consulting practice of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.
Mr. Bowman holds a BS in Civil Engineering/Transportation Systems Analysis from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MS/PhD in the same from Northwestern University. He also holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
