Bryant D. Bernhardt
Co-Founder and Partner
Mr. Bernhardt is a Partner of Glenmere Capital Partners, LLC, which he co-founded after an eleven-plus-year career in both real estate and corporate finance and investment.
Prior to the formation of Glenmere Capital, Mr. Bernhardt served as President of Bryant Bernhardt & Company, whereby he provided real estate investment and structured finance advice to a variety of prominent real estate industry participants, including investors, financing brokers, and providers of debt and equity capital. Since 2002, Mr. Bernhardt has played an integral role in the consummation of over $2.5 billion of real estate finance transactions. In addition, Mr. Bernhardt has invested principal capital in majority and minority positions in real estate assets, both independently and side-by-side with other real estate owners, operators, and developers.
Mr. Bernhardt also brings to Glenmere Capital extensive experience in corporate finance, particularly in the areas of capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financial operations. Mr. Bernhardt has held senior management positions at leading financial services concerns and privately held corporations, and he is an accomplished corporate equities investor and entrepreneur.
Mr. Bernhardt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Temple University.
